Joseph Ellis 1Joseph Ellis was chosen as the Notre Dame High School Ambassador for Justice. This program was instituted by the U.S Department of Justice.  Joseph was a representative of William J. Ihlenfeld, II; the United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia. Each high school in West Virginia was asked to choose a junior who stands for strong character and an outstanding moral compass. In Charleston last month, Joseph participated in a round-table discussion with Ambassadors from across the state.  He, along with his constituents, was honored by several politicians at a ceremony held at the Clay Center. Joseph will continue to participate in a number of Ambassador Forums throughout the next two school years.  Joseph is the son of Jim and Pat Ellis of Bridgeport.
