Notre Dame High School has named Chad Morrison as the Valedictorian and Samuel Martino as the Salutatorian.
Chad is a member of National Honor Society as well as an active member of Key Club. He is currently the Student Body Secretary of Notre Dame. Chad is an AP Scholar and has taken a very difficult schedule. Chad has been very active in volunteer activities in and out of the school environment. Chad was chosen as one of twelve students across the country to participate in a Mission Trip to Peru in which he worked with children in the area. During his time at Notre Dame, he has participated in varsity basketball, soccer, football and baseball. He was the captain of the soccer team this past season and was awarded 2nd Team All-State honors. Chad plans to attend college at Florida Southern and major in the health field. Chad is a member of Our Lady Perpetual Help Parish and is the son of Carroll & David Morrison.
Samuel is the current Study Body President of Notre Dame. He has served as a Class Officer for several years. Samuel is a member of the Key Club and Mayors Youth Council. He is a Promise Scholar and represented the school at HOBY and Boys’ State. While at Boys’ State, he was chosen as his party’s candidate for Governor. Samuel is a four year letterman of the Varsity Football and Varsity Baseball Teams. Samuel was also a member of the Varsity Swim Team this year. Samuel plans to attend West Virginia University where he will study Exercise Physiology/Pre Med. Samuel is a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and is the son of David & Mary Beth Martino
